Oenophiles will be thrilled to enjoy an experience at Spa Sauvignon, Singapore’s first wine-themed spa. Founded on the principles of vinotherapy, the spa uses antioxidant-rich grape seeds, grape seed oil, skins and stalks in massages and treatments to pamper and nourish your skin, with selected wines also added to some massage oils.
Get drunk on nourishment in one of six treatment rooms named after wines, or bring a partner to the Sauvignon couples’ room. Try the Sauvignon Body Glow, which uses a scrub made from milk and selected red wine to stimulate your skin’s natural collagen and elastin.
If you’re feeling particularly tense, go for the Signature Sauvignon Massage which uses ylang ylang, bergamot, Thai flowers and other therapeutic essential oils with selected red wine to refresh, uplift and improve your lymphatic circulation. Situated in a charming shophouse in the Heritage Area of Kampong Glam, Spa Sauvignon also offers a range of conventional spa treatments.
